Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is free from wear, washes, or odors.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
